1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the hj999 platform — including but not limited to creating an account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, making a deposit, or requesting a withdrawal — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

3 Account Registration

The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. hj999 uses technical and manual verification methods to identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hj999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hj999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment channels; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges independently.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your hj999 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within a few seconds for mobile banking channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. hj999 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. Once a withdrawal request is submitted and approved, funds are typically transferred within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile banking channels and within one business day for bank transfer channels. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Payment Method Consistency: hj999 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method and account that was used for the associated deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised fund transfers. Requests to withdraw to a different account must be supported by satisfactory documentation.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

General conditions that apply to all hj999 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hj999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of account balance, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any other account process; impersonating another individual; or using a fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a previously applied suspension or self-exclusion.
